The Victory Stairs

The Victory Stairs exist just behind the vending machine located in the Long Stairs on the third floor. Along the way up, the Winner's Room can be found on the side. It leads to a Blocked Exit, a dead end. The victory stairs are mentioned to be lined with doors varying distances apart from each other, connecting to other floors in the facility. As the stairs are intended to be climbed by the survivor or survivors, they can be accessed at any stage of the Death Game.

The Winner's Room

The Winner's Room is a side room on the way up the Victory Stairs. It looks similar to that of a traditional Japanese room. If you let Kanna live and sacrificed Shin at the end of Chapter 2, Part Two, Mr. Chidouin can be found here telling Sara that the "final Death Game" shall begin.

The Blocked Exit

At the end of the Victory Stairs, there is a place that once might have been an exit out of the facility. It is covered with enormous amounts of rubble, and a green exit sign peeks out, half-buried. It is a dead-end, and despite Keiji's and (if he is still alive) Alice's efforts, the only place to go is back down.

The Sky Stairs

The Sky Stairs exist beyond the green door in the third-floor Lobby, where the entrance to the Arbitration Room was. It has an appearance very similar to the Victory Stairs, only with blue tones and the feel of climbing the sky. It leads to the Doll Graveyard on the fourth floor.
